Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m currently training as a mindfulness coach and sophrology technician, with courses accredited by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine). My goal? To share meditations, relaxation, and mindfulness practices that feel real, simple, and deeply human—exactly as they come, with all their beautiful imperfections.

What to expect in my audios: 🎙️ A strong French-Russian accent—because I’m learning English, just like you. My pronunciation isn’t perfect, but my intention is clear: to guide you with kindness, warmth, and a touch of spiritual connection. 🐱 Sometimes Cassie joins in—my wise, cuddly cat. If you hear her purring or snoring in the background, it’s just her way of adding extra coziness and mindful presence to your practice. (Other times, she’s off napping—so it’s just you, me, and the quiet.) 🌌 Mindfulness, ASMR-inspired relaxation, and spiritual meditations—whether you’re seeking stress relief, deeper self-awareness, or a moment of inner peace, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. 💫 Simple, human, and heartfelt—no fancy studio, no robotic voice. Just a quiet space to breathe, let go, and reconnect with yourself. My training in sophrology and mindfulness coaching informs every session, but my approach remains authentic and down-to-earth.
