Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m currently training in **sophrology** and studying **language** (English!) to share meditations and relaxation practices that feel **real, simple, and human**. My goal? To offer you moments of peace, exactly as they come—**imperfect, authentic, and from the heart**.

**What to expect in my audios:**
🎙️ **A strong French-Russian accent**—because I’m learning, just like you. My pronunciation isn’t perfect, but my intention is: to guide you with kindness and warmth.
🐱 **Sometimes Cassie joins in**—my wise and cuddly cat. If you hear her purring or snoring in the background, it’s just her way of adding extra coziness to your practice. (Other times, she prefers her nap—so it’s just you and me!)
💫 **Simple, human meditations**—no fancy studio, no robotic voice. Just a quiet space to breathe, relax, and reconnect. Whether you’re stressed, tired, or just need a pause, these sessions are for *you*.
