I want to share something personal with you. Right now, I’m deeply immersed in a journey of intense learning and growth:

🌱 Professional Training: I am currently training to become a Mindfulness Coach and a Sophrology Technician. These courses are accredited by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine). I am pursuing these certifications with one goal in mind: to bring you professional, proven, and powerful tools for calm, resilience, and inner peace.

🌍 English Courses: Alongside my professional training, I am taking intensive English courses. This allows me to express these new teachings with clarity, depth, and warmth in a language that connects us all.
